About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing, fully remote team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of high-performance, scalable user interfaces for our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a senior engineer, you’ll take ownership of frontend architecture, drive best practices, and mentor junior developers — all while working with cutting-edge technologies like React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive, dynamic frontend applications using modern frameworks.

  • Collaborate with designers to bring intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces to life.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn concepts into reality.

• State Management & APIs:

  • Architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend services via RESTful APIs.

  • Use tools like Redux or Context API for state management.

• Performance Optimization:

  • Ensure applications are fast, efficient, and scalable across all devices and browsers.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning.

  • Lead code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest or Cypress.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

  • Help evolve our frontend development processes to keep us at the cutting edge.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

• Tools & Processes: Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (Git).

• Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of component-driven design, responsive layouts, and performance optimization techniques.

• Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks.

• Bonus Points:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Familiarity with Docker, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
