HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance to maintain a supportive work environment
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Maintain and update employee records, benefits, and HRIS systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
• Partner with Department Managers to align HR strategies with business goals
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, focusing on continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
• 4 – 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Familiarity with HR systems, experience with SoftOne will be an asset
• Excellent command of the English language
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
