Workathlon member of kariera group on behalf of its client, NOUS Santorini, is hiring a talented professional for the role of Floor Supervisor
The ideal candidate should:
- prepare the floor guestrooms checklist every morning
- manage day-to-day floor operations
- train and retrain of all floor maids and housemen (daily, weekly, monthly)
- ensure that floor maids / housemen have the necessary guests cleaning supplies, tools and equipment to carry out job duties
- be responsible for staff’s appearance, safety and work accidents procedure
- inspect guestrooms
- be responsible for the good condition and cleanliness of various guest equipment
- be able to work under pressure and flexible in working shifts
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
- Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing
- Previous hotel experience in similar position
- Computer literate
