SAP Business Solutions Analyst

The kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a leading real estate development company for an SAP Business Solutions Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilties:

• Lead requirements gathering, development, deployment, and support of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Focus primarily on Financial Accounting (FI/CO) and Materials Management (MM) modules, with expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD) being a plus.
• Manage SAP projects, including migration, cutover, testing, user training, and integration.
• Analyze business needs and develop clear specifications to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Coordinate with external providers for technical and functional delivery and maintenance of solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure operational integration with SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring compliance with IT Policies of data governance, systems security, and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Provide user training and manage support tickets and calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Master’’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Participation in at least 1 full-cycle SAP project and a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP projects or support for junior candidates.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams at all levels.
• Solid IT project management skills, with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes.
