kariera.gr is looking for an energetic and motivated Recruitment Team Leader to join our team.

 

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will drive the team’s performance, ensure service excellence, and contribute to achieving the organization’s growth objectives. This position is ideal for a leader passionate about talent acquisition, team development, and fostering meaningful client relationships in the recruitment space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Provide regular feedback, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment solutions
  • Manage workload distribution and optimize resource allocation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, enhancing customer retention
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities and improve services
  • Support sales and business development teams in promoting recruitment services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and market trends
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
