GUEST RELATIONS AGENT
(code “PYR25GREL”)
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality or relevant field
- Experience in 4*/5* hotel environment
- Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
- Excellent command of French/German or Italian language, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy | Knowledge of hotel management software (Protel) is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop, team spirit
