Kariera’’s Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client, a manufacturing company, Technical Support Specialist.
Day to day Tasks:
- Recording customer order details and technical specifications within the ERP program
- Communicating/following up with customers for technical clarifications and field tests
- Cooperating with customer support for the direction of the order proposals
- Controlling and collaborating with procurement for the timely handling of raw and supportive materials
- Monitoring of subcontractors (machine shops) repairs’ quality and execution time
- Customer visits within the Athenian territory
- 2 weeks travel per year throughout the Greek territory
- Potential travel aboard for participation in conferences/expos
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or Materials Science, alternatively in Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
The below will be considered as a plus:
- Experience with organic elastomers
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Entersoft/SoftOne/SAP)
