kariera.gr is looking for an energetic and motivated Key Account Manager, to join our team

 

About the Role

This role is critical in driving business growth by understanding the specific needs of key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing long-term partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Serve as the lead point of contact for all client needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by identifying and addressing client concerns promptly and effectively
  • Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts by cross-selling and up-selling products and services to increase revenue
  • Develop account plans and strategies to meet client objectives, align with company goals, and drive long-term business growth
  • Regularly monitor account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback. Provide reports and forecasts to management on account status, revenue, and growth potential
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market changes to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
