We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase market share within the leisure sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for leisure travel products.
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and direct consumers.
•    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
•    Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create attractive packages and promotions.
•    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
•    Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
•    Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
•    Hotel On-site inspections.
•    Create and set up reports and analytics.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
•    Proven experience of 2 - 4 years in sales, preferably within the leisure or travel industry.
•    Strong understanding of the leisure travel market and industry trends.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
•    Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•    Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
•    Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
•    Familiarity with global travel destinations and trends.
•    Multilingual capabilities.
