Senior SAP ABAP Developers

The Executive Level IT Team at Kariera Group is seeking enthusiastic Senior SAP ABAP Developers on behalf of our client to join their highly motivated and dynamic Enterprise Technology and Performance team. Responsibilities:

• Implementing and deploying complex SAP solutions in the areas of Financials, Supply Chain and Logistics, Enterprise Performance Management, and Industry Solutions.
• Applying methodologies, tools, and accelerators to support the implementation of SAP solutions.
• Staying updated with the latest SAP innovations, products, and enhancements, and applying them to client issues as needed.
• Obtaining and maintaining certifications in SAP areas of expertise.
• Recognizing technology as a business enabler and collaborating with business analysts to understand business processes and requirements.
• Applying technology fundamentals to client situations.
• Teaming with others to produce high-quality work and ensure a superior client experience.
• Maintaining a positive, professional attitude and adapting to changing priorities.
• Valuing and considering diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or another relevant field. A post-graduate degree is a strong asset.
• 5+ years of ABAP programming experience in most of the following areas: ABAP OO, Workflows, Classical/ALV/Interactive Reports, Web Services (REST SOAP), developing interfaces using ALE/IDoc s, Flat Files, RFC s, BAPI’s, Enhancements (BADIs, User Exits, BTE’s, etc.), ABAP 7.4, CDS Views.
• The ability and willingness to lead a team of developers in a project.
• Adeptness in defining systems implementation strategy, conducting workshops, collecting user requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• The ability to implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
• The ability to collaborate with clients, provide guidance on functionality, transfer knowledge, and train end-users.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Greek.
• A team player attitude with strong communication and analytical skills.
• A commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Fulfilled military obligations where applicable.
