Kariera s Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client, the No1 technology retailer in Greece, Senior Associate of Accounts Payable.

Day to Day Tasks:

• Accurately record financial transactions in the ERP system (SAP), including handling invoices and credit notes
•  Process and reconcile payments to suppliers, employee expenses, and company liabilities
•  Verify and post vendor discount credit notes and monitor marketing service invoices
•  Communicate with suppliers to resolve balance issues
•  Aligning the warehouse book with the General Ledger to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records
•  Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
•  Monitor and adhering to deadlines associated with accounting-related tasks
• Foster a collaborative environment by actively supporting other departments, providing expertise and assistance when required

Qualifications:

• Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting of Finance
•  Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•  Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
•  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
