The SandBlu Luxury Resort is hiring Spa Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort s spa facility, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement spa programs and services to meet the needs of guests and enhance their overall experience.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained by spa staff, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to promote spa services and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain spa facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and industry trends.
