The ideal candidate should be:
- Friendly and have a polite personality
- Able to multitask and use initiative, focusing on guests’’ needs
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments
- A strong team player who can follow written and oral instructions and apply policies and procedures
- Detail-oriented
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
- Fluency in English and Greek (conversation, reading and writing), knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
- Previous hotel experience, preferred in similar position
- Fully computer-literate (Opera experience will be appreciated)
- Flexibility in working shifts
