Kariera.gr is looking for an energetic, motivated, Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Thinking strategically to create solutions that provide value to clients’’ bottom line
- Actively create new business, by creating interest with new potential customers and early engagement with customers
- Boost customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
- Own the pipeline management & forecast for your own set of accounts
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Use CRM software (Zoho) to manage leads and sales activities
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’’s Degree
- Proven working experience in relevant field for 2 years
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Monitored outbound sales calls per day
- Arrange sales appointments over the phone or virtually
- Identify key decision makers inside companies
- Research client’’s information f.e. industry, number of employees, needs etc
