Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find an Executive Assistant for a company with a non-profit character, located in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in his daily duties and responsibilities
- Participation in the preparation of documents, letters, presentations
- Organization and coordination of meetings and appointments for the General Management
- Management of correspondence (electronic and written)
- Responsible for office stationery supplies
- Organization and maintenance of files and archives
- Maintenance of the expenditure monitoring file of the approved budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Greek language
- Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and business matters
