Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager on behalf of a start-up client-company that operates in price comparison services.
About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence, driving traffic growth, and managing our dynamic marketing team. You will be a key member of the management team, shaping our company’’s strategic direction and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our overall goals.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the marketing budget and allocate resources to channels with the highest short- and long-term ROIs to maximize top and bottom-line growth
- Strategically and tactically optimize paid acquisition channels, including Google and Facebook Ads, to drive efficient customer acquisition
- Develop and optimize adjacent paid channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TV to reach new audiences and drive brand awareness
- Drive and execute SEO-related activities to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Co-develop the overall company strategy and own the marketing roadmap to support business objectives
- Analyze marketing and product data to optimize return on marketing spend and identify creative growth opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams to leverage insights and drive cohesive marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Growth hacking mindset with a commitment to delivering impact and results within set timelines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize marketing approaches through numerical analysis
- Ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic focus on driving business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
