Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a client, a company that helps coffee chains and roasters connect any coffee machine or grinder to the cloud.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the coffee industry, including chains and roasters
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and pain points
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on how company’s solution can address their specific challenges
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on sales progress and market insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Professional experience of 5+ years in Sales field (preferably in Food and
Beverage Manufacturing industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel as needed
