Hiring Solutions Team on behalf of its client, a Global Technology Company, is looking for a Key Account Manager  for its growing team.  

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the building of trust with channel accounts and creation of a foundation for continued revenue growth. Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization
  • Develop and execute strategies for sales (sell-in & sell-out), pricing and all other matters related to generating revenue
  • Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process (internally and externally)
  • Work with the internal sales team to pursue key prospects
  • Close cooperation with PM and Marketing teams
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
  • Build professional and trusting relationship with key customers, leverage existing relationships
  • Set and manage clients expectations
  • Provide all resources needed to support a relevant account (new and existing) in their efforts to meet the sales target
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment selecting methods and techniques of obtaining solutions
  • Normally receive little instructions on a day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Own the sales life cycle end to end

 

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of business experience in Home Appliances (either Major Domestic Appliances or Small Domestic Appliances) at a relevant level in an organized environment (Retailer or Manufacturer)
  • Bachelor’’s degree in BA (MBA will be a plus)
  • Great analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strategic thinking for setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned market based on company’s major KPIs and targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Advanced English
