Head of Integrated Management Systems

Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a Head of  Integrated Management Systems for a client, an international transportation company, dealing with passenger and freight transport, as well as rail vehicle maintenance and refurbishment services.

Head of  Integrated Management Systems will establish and implement an integrated safety and quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulations and environmental protection, while also focusing on staff training and development and improving the performance of management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and develop the Integrated Safety and Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and quality objectives, fostering a culture of compliance and awareness.
• Identify and disseminate quality analysis methodologies to drive overall improvement in quality and environmental protection.
• Define regulations, rules, and internal operating procedures related to operational and maintenance safety, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare the Annual Operational Safety Plan and identify corrective actions to enhance operational safety.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and monitor quality and environmental protection standards.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and safety processes, identifying training needs for personnel development.
• Monitor the performance of management systems and implement necessary measures for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Bachelor’’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality management.
• Excellent knowledge of Endlish language.
• Certification in Management Systems Administration, preferably with emphasis on integrated systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc. will be a plus.
• Proven track record in identifying safety and quality issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Experience in collaborating across teams to establish and monitor standards.
• Skilled in identifying training needs and enhancing personnel competence.
