About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic financial leadership, and driving financial performance to support the company s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s objectives to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and internal controls
• Optimize capital structure and manage capital allocation to support strategic initiatives and maximize shareholder returns
• Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and capital raising activities.
• Ensure efficient and effective financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial systems management
• Serve as a primary liaison with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Communicate financial performance, strategies, and key developments to investors
• Lead financial due diligence and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and corporate governance best practices
• Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance, managing risk, and implementing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends, challenges, and opportunities in the business environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities
