Brief Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development & implementation of trade marketing activities, building on shopper insights to deliver business growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Successfully transform marketing initiatives into category development plans & present to customers as business development opportunities
- Work together with sales teams to effectively manage promotional activation at customer & POS level
- Presentation of business evolution & category development plans to influence/gain customer commitment to execution
- Monitor of market evolution, identify sales opportunities, extract & develop argumentation to support category/subcategory plans
- Analysis of assortment opportunities per customer, identify & quantify business opportunities
- Understanding of customer preferences & incorporate them into business development planning
- Volume target estimations/forecast at product/customer level
- Loyalty program reporting and promotional action analysis
- Be involved in the execution of ad - hoc marketing activities, product launches and special projects by developing new ideas and proposals concerning POP materials and promo actions for products in scope
Qualifications:
- Up to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing/Sales function
- Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing Studies or Data Science
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills
