The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal oriented person who will be a valuable member of a brilliant team, in order to create long-term, trusting relationships with assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
The role reports directly to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing existing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Accountable for achieving monthly sales goals
- Teamwork with technical,, marketing, logistics, after sales and credit departments
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas / access to company’s portfolio
- Visit customers (B2B clients) onsite
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Create strong relations with clients in order to identify market trends, competitors and grow opportunities within territory
- Ensure the compliance within the commercial policy
- Maintain account and opportunity updates within the CRM system to manage client portfolio and prioritize sales opportunities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven work experience in a similar or relevant role (preferably in IT / Technical sector)
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
- No traveling required
