Job’s Purpose
Our company is transforming the store-driven supply requests into end-to-end, automated, demand-driven Store / DC forecasting and replenishment. Replenishment controls the flow of goods from suppliers, through the DC’s into the stores, aiming at striking the right balance between the required stock availability and keeping costs at a minimal level.
In the context of the Forecasting & Replenishment System and Analytics department we are looking for a Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst to join our Team.
The Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst monitors and reports on the effectiveness of Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment at Stores and DCs, handle special cases and liaise with various stakeholders to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
What you will focus on
• Undertakes data collection, preprocessing and analysis of structured & unstructured data
• Develops custom data models and algorithms to apply to multiple, large scale data sets
• Analyzes large amounts of information to discover underlying trends & emerging patterns
• Develops processes and tools to monitor and analyze supply chain impact and drive performance management
• Contributes to the optimization of the SAP F&R parameters and rules as required
• Defines ‘’What if Scenarios’’ to be simulated to optimize Forecast and Replenishment outputs
• Presents information using data visualization techniques
Who we are looking for
• Academic background in Business Administration, Statistics, Data science or any other relevant field
• Prior working experience, 2-5 years in Data Analytics / Business Analyst role
• Proficient user of business intelligence tools (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau)
• Advanced Excel / Google spreadsheet capabilities
• Experience in using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc) would be considered an asset
• Experience in working with SAP or another ERP would be considered an asset
• Fluency in English language
