On behalf of our valuable partner, Loulis Food Ingredients, we are hiring for the position of:

B2B Marketing Manager

We are looking for a marketing leader, with strong Trade and Commercial Marketing experience, who will drive the development of B2B brand awareness and contribute to the revenue and profitability growth of the company. A product development mindset, a creative ability, and an analytical mind are the right ingredients for the best candidate. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders of the organization. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be responsible for the overall B2B brand management of the company (image, target group, positioning, etc.).
  • Create value propositions that make sense and communicate clearly to the targeted B2B professional audiences.
  • Ensure that the professional audience segments are in line with the company’s rebranding.
  • Prepare internal monthly presentations to the Management and Commercial Teams, focusing on the brand performance metrics and all market-related trends, in order to ensure alignment and common understanding between the involved parties.

 

BRAND PERFORMANCE:

  • Develop detailed Customer Analysis:  segmentation and evaluation based on ABC, RFM and other methodologies. 
  • Develop, coordinate, implement, measure, report the performance, and assess KPIs of marketing campaigns for the existing product portfolio.
  • Follow up daily the performance of the product and customer categories, ensuring that the Sales Team is properly informed to act upon issues.
  • Report the P&L of product and customer categories, ensuring their profitability according to the agreed annual budgets and continuous market growth.

 

MARKET INSIGHTS:

  • Follow up on industry surveys about trends in the product and consumer categories that affect the brand.
  • Follow up on sector surveys and relevant data regarding the market size (both in terms of competitors and in terms of clients).
  • Execute competition analysis on pricing and new product offering.
  • Perform bi-weekly market / field visits (minimum 40 days per year) to meet with B2B customers with the purpose of creating strong connections and get their feedback on product performance and special needs. 
  • Ensure the POP material availability in the market.

 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Follow up and analysis of current product offering (EDP), to further adapt and develop according to the market needs.
  • Act as a New Product Development (NPD) lead, bringing to the management creative proposals and coordinating their launch in the market.

 

COLLABORATION / REPORTING LINES

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director for the preparation and evaluation of annual sales budget and the proper target setting of the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Production Teams for the feasibility analysis of NPD proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with the company’s Management for the evaluation and adjustment of commercial policy (Product - Place - Price - Promotion).
  • Lead and develop the junior Marketing Assistant that reports directly to this position.
  • The B2B Marketing Manager reports directly to the two entrepreneurs, with the designated roles of the Group’s Marketing Manager and Chairman.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven strong experience as a Marketing Manager, with a minimum of 4 years as Brand Manager preferably in a similar commercial environment.
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas. 
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customer’s needs.
  • Experience and understanding of marketing research and analytics.
  • String team spirit.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Greek & English language
  • Self-driven and results oriented.
  • Comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
  • Easy-going, positive personality, able to create strong relationships both internally and externally.
