B2B Account Manager (Athens)

Nova, the company that introduced internet and pay-tv in Greece is seeking a 

B2B Account Manager to cover the following opening in Athens, Greece.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Leads and accelerates the company’s existing opportunities while establishing new ones towards long-term, successful cooperation with customers
  • Penetrate own accounts portfolio to maximum coverage, pipeline development, and success rate
  • Present solutions, establish customer requirements, orchestrate proposal preparation, negotiate contracting terms, oversee the implementation and maintain a relationship throughout contract execution
  • End2end ICT solution focus, leading customers to achieve more
  • Forecast accuracy and achievement – new/renew business and same-account growth
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships to become a partner of choice

Core Competencies

  • Solid communication & negotiation skills
  • Proficient in IT services – from solution proposition to post-sales operation
  • Monitor competition & market development in the related sectors
  • Versed in both attention to detail and high-level view in parallel and for multiple concurrent complex sales cycles
  • Adept in using SFA tools

Technical professional qualifications:

  • University Degree in, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B as Account Manager, Key Account in the Corporate segment of ICT/Telecoms industries
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
