We are looking to recruit:
HR Administrator, Central Offices


Main responsibilities:

  • Handle of all day-to-day issues of work schedules and payroll.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hires, resignations, et al.
  • Handle HR benefits (Private Insurance & Rewards).
  • Upload data and update the government system ERGANI.
  • Create HR Reports.
  • Performs any other administration tasks.


Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
  • MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset.
  • At least one (1) year proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a large organization, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience with SCAN HRMS software.
  • Fluency in E
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Creativity, ability to bring in new ideas and contribute to change.
  • Problem solving.
  • Self-development/willingness to learn.
