We seek to recruit :

                                               ORDERS & DOCUMENTS ADMINISTRATOR

                                                            (Κωδ.: ORDADM_042021)

 The position holder will report to the Head of Technical Support and will be responsible for:

  • Orders and receipts of equipment and materials.
  • Organization of orders and asset management.
  • Follow-up of TS expenses by category.
  • Market research and request for a Quote for equipment.
  • Organization of file and updating of drawings (AutoCAD).
  • Support on removal of pharmaceutical waste and receipt of certificates.
  • Co-operation with the corresponding sections.


  • Degree (License) in Mechanical Engineering (TEI).
  • At least 1-2 years work experience, in industrial environment.
  • Computer Skills (Outlook, Ms Office)
  • Language: Fluent English. Good knowledge of technical terms.
  • Knowledge of SAP Environment.
  • Basic Knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Parts.
