We are looking for a CRM Campaign Management Specialist to drive the campaign process, implementation and monitoring. This position will be part of the Customer Experience and Analytics Department within the Marketing & Business Development division. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in customer base management, customer profiling and segmentation, campaign management, and CRM techniques. The role will require interacting with other Business units, and key stakeholders as well as external delegates.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Conduct analysis, segmentation and profiling of the customer base to identify opportunity segments and construct target lists
  • Implement of BTL targeted campaigns with the cooperation of Business stakeholders
  • Participate in the planning, creating, managing and monitoring of campaigns to assist customer acquisition, cross-up/deep selling, and anti-attrition actions
  • Be able to identify and apply corrective actions to strengthen future campaigns and optimize positive response and conversion rates
  • Work closely with Business and Product Management teams to propose the right offers and serve customer needs
  • Work closely with Sales Network representatives to ensure success
  • Analyze and interpret data to assist decision making and drive Business Success
  • Produce charts, tables, and graphs to support stakeholders’ reporting requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Mathematics or in a related field
  • Master of Science Degree: desired but not necessary 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in related subject
  • Prior experience on CRM / campaign management with Insurance Products and/or with on-line and digital campaigning would be considered a plus
  • Hands on Experience with Analytics Tools e.g. (IBM SPSS, etc.)
  • Experience with Campaign Management Tools
  • CRM and campaign management methodologies  
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
  • Self-starter with can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent analytics and problem solving skills
