We are constantly growing and we are currently looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Quality Engineers in our Athens Office.
Role Summary:
You will contribute to the Department’s mission to fulfil the requirements of Archirodon’’s policies maintaining its high operational quality by securing that the Quality standards are maintained across departments and countries.
What you will need to do:
Your role will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Monitor the application of Company Policies and Procedures applicable to the Quality Department at Countries and/or Project level.
- Maintain the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and advise on changes needed to improve its effectiveness at Countries and/or Project level.
- Deputize temporarily a Project Quality Assurance/Quality Controls Manager, as required
- Perform Internal Audits at countries level and project level, identify Quality risks & follow up on addressing the findings
- Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions undertaken to address occurrences of non-conformance.
- Perform analysis and evaluation of root causes and corrective actions taken related to NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) raised in the Countries
- Assess Project Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends & follow up
- Coordinate with the other Departments and collect their annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collect the data for the “Best Performing Project” annually initiative
- Prepare the Project Quality Management System documentation (e.g. Quality Plans, ITPs, Procedures, etc.)
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in related areas will be highly welcomed
- Overall 10 (ten) years of prior experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Controls sector managing Quality Assurance Practices, out of which (four) 4 years as at a managerial level
- Certification of Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Standard
- Demonstrated knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and International Standards
- Proven working experience on mapping different Departments/Business Units’ operational processes within the organization
- Travel mobility (twenty) 20% up to (forty) 40% of the working time in the countries of operation
- Computer literacy, including use of MS Office
- Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language
What is nice to have:
- Prior experience in performing audits within the Construction industry in large-scale, complex EPC projects
- Proven working experience in large infrastructure Projects
- Good command (written and oral) of the French language
- Previous experience in international projects and/or multinational environment
