Hiring Solutions | kariera.gr is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Engineer, on behalf of a client company that offering innovative integrated solutions to the Food & Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by respond to customer enquiries, ensuring that responses are accurate and timely
- Match customer requirements to appropriate solutions and services to understand customers’ challenges, design and implement solutions, win sales orders to meet sales targets
- Prepare sales offers and tenders in order to determine shipment cycles, value and differentiators, commercial conditions and technical specifications for presentation to the customer
- Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team to agree on initiatives that create pipeline (e.g fairs)
- Partner with Technical Team to answer technical questions, overcome objections and obtain help against competitive solutions
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering) or in Food Technology
- Certificate or Diploma in Economics (preferable)
- 5 years’ experience in F&B industry with 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience on complex enterprise solutions with demonstrated ability to drive sustainable profitable growth as Sales Engineer
- Excellent computer skill in using MS Office, MS applications and ERP systems (SOFT1)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel
- Sales Acumen and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work Independently and as a part of a Team working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical engineering and marketing
