We are seeking to recruit for Anthoussa BU:

                                                                    Planning Officer

SUMMARY:

The position holder will be responsible for supporting the BU in Production and Packaging scheduling processes. The position is reporting directly to the Planning Manager of the site.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Using the OMP tool, performs the daily actions needed to materialize the Production and Packaging plan of the site.
• Implements in the system all the master data changes that either relate to new products or are proposed by the competent departments of Production and Packaging and aim at optimizing
• Prepares alternative production schedules and action plans to achieve the optimal production scenario in order to minimize costs and maintain the efficiency of production and packaging lines.
• Gathers daily the information needed for the best planning and control of production through daily meetings with the Production departments and the Quality Control department.
• Creates, checks and signs process orders in daily basis for packaging and production departments.
• Creates reports needed to support the planning department.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Bachelor’’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics or related field is required.
• Fluency in English both written and oral.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• SAP ERP system and OMP tool knowledge will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
