                                                             We are looking to recruit:

 Procurement Planning Officer

Τhe position holder will be required to:

• Co-ordinate and execute all activities related to the planning and procurement of raw & packaging materials by converting the output of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into materials requirements.
• Ensure material availability to support the production schedule & minimum stock levels to secure operational and production continuity 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execution of Materials Requirements Plans (MRP)
• Evaluation of material requisitions plan and messages in order to secure production schedule & to optimize inventory levels
• Placement of purchase orders to suppliers for the procurement of materials
• Monitoring status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication and mitigation of future potential problems
• Planning inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and material forecasts in line with company’s strategy & inventory objectives
• Cooperation with Corporate Quality and Corporate Purchasing , providing any requested information necessary for the Suppliers Evaluation

ProfilE / SKILLS:

Languages:

• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)

Academic Background:

• University degree in Technical or Business field

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills and team work.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• SAP, BI-BW will be considered an asset
