GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications Required:

• Degree in Hospitality or relevant field
• Previous employment in a similar position is desirable
• Previous experience in managing events is highly appreciated
• Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
• Excellent command of Italian/French or German language, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy | Knowledge of hotel management software (Protel) is an advantage
• Excellent abilities in planning, task organization, time and team management and working with people
• Excellent communication abilities, strong negotiation skills
• Proactive, positive and energetic personality
