The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.
• Coordinate mass hiring for Technical & Retail Customer Care job openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Write and publish inspiring job openings ads on the company’s careers page, social media and job boards
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process while growing a strong talent pipeline
• Evaluate technical and personal skills of candidates by performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Follow-up on the interview process status. Handle Job offers and feedback communication
• Communicate employer information during the interview process
• Οutsourcing Management for Customer Care and Sales
• Manage and Participate in Career Events

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’’s Degree in Business Studies or Psychology
• Master’’s Degree would be considered as an asset
• A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in recruitment in a Greek or Multinational company and/or in a well-known
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or the pay tv industry will be considered as an asset
