The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director –putting sales forecast and driving the sales strategy for the assigned market. The responsibility includes identifying, qualifying and closing new customer relationships, as well as to properly manage, secure and grow existing client relationships.



  • Supports and focuses on sales of household electrical appliances of the market
  • Engages in new business development based on directions and strategy of the company
  • Leading a team of 2 sales people team
  • Target specific markets and run promo programs
  • Maximize revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy
  • Find balance in sales between channels for proper contribution by all channels
  • Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitors promotion, kpi’’s
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team



  • Bachelor’s Degree of a Technical University and an MSc in business, or a business-related University degree;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
  • Product management experience in electronic goods will be a plus;
  • Technical experience in display business will be a strong plus;
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Excellent communication skills and public speaking experience;
  • Leadership skills
