Position Requirements

• Assesses and monitors market and AB performance highlighting strengths and opportunities derived by assortment and market share performance
• Monitors market & AB assortment performance in terms of growth and market share, assessing opportunity gaps in geographical level, shop type, product or category level and private brands
• Integrates data for various software sources in order to produce insights for various business stakeholders
• Develops, delivers and evolves existing performance reports/dashboards and provides ongoing insights to business stakeholders with analysis and interpretation of quantitative information
• Executes product categories business reporting requirements across departments

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or Economics
• 2 – 4 years prior experience in relevant area in Retail, FMCG, Research Companies, Banking, Consulting Analytics or Telecoms. Knowledge of FMCG as well as of the greek grocery retail industry would be considered a plus
• Fluency in English language both written & spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and particularly Excel
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R or experience in Business
• Intelligence tools (e.g. VSAP BI, Power BI) would also be considered a plus
• Data visualization skills (dashboards, reports) combined with high ability to understand and analyze numerical data
• High ability to combine and integrate data from several sources
• Strong problem solving with emphasis on analytical, conceptual and business thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and adaptive skills, able to work in an agile way
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Teamwork and cooperation
