Insurance Account Officer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven sales account officer to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.  

 Role responsibilities 

• Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
• Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data

 Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• Ability to deliver under pressure to short deadlines and cope with changing priorities.
• Team Player
• Computer use competency
