Key Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the management team of the company.
  • Preparation of business plan and budget for the Marketing & Communications operation based on the strategic priorities of the company.
  • Coordination and supervision of the Marketing & Communications team, with assignment of tasks and performance objectives.
  • Supervision, evaluation, and training of Marketing & Communications team.
  • Supervision and control of the external Marketing & Communications partners of the company.
  • Preparation and presentation of a corporate communication plan.
  • Suggestion and planning of actions, events, presentations, etc. that enhance the extroversion and the positive image of the company.
  • Development and maintenance of close relations with journalists and media ensuring the regular and positive promotion of the company.
  • Supervision of management, production of material and updating of the blog (website) and social media.
  • Taking care of writing and sending press releases, electronic newsletters, etc.
  • Planning, recommending, and supervising the management of sponsorships and social responsibility actions.
  • Development and presentation of the Marketing strategy for the company’’s brands and products and the yearly marketing plan for them.
  • Cooperation with factories - suppliers for the development of innovative promotions.
  • Participation in the design and implementation of loyalty programs for the company’’s partners and for the users of the company’’s products.
  • Research of market trends in the corporate product range.
  • Conducting market research, competition, customer satisfaction
  • Supervision and optimization of all processes required to promote products in the market.
  • Work closely with the Sales Management to improve the image of the company’’s network.
  • Supervision of the design and production of campaigns (television, radio, etc.) and promotional material (brochures, presentations, etc.). Same stands digital campaigns and digital promotion.
  • Cooperation and supervision of advertising companies, digital marketing companies and other external partners.
  • Ensuring systematic cooperation, communication and coordination between marketing and sales.
 

Requirements:

  • Relevant BSc/BA (Marketing, Communications). MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing positions.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Experience in a previous communication company, digital communications, and brand marketing.
  • Good understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Experience in managing teams over 3 people.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and customer management software (e.g., CRM).
  • Ideally, a previous experience in commercial company with representing international brands.
  • Experience with CSR, PR and Corporate Communications.
