We are a vigorous team of professionals specialised in providing premium Executive Search and assessment experience to the business world. 

We are looking for an HR professional to build from scratch the role of the HR Manager in the organization.

The right candidate will develop & oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, throughout the Employee Life Cycle. The HR Manager duties will involve activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. Reporting directly to the company owner, the HR Manager is the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize the organization’s established mission and objectives by promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process & ensure smooth exit process

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Develop and monitor overall HR and HR-related strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

  • Ensure robust succession & development plan for the relevant positions in collaboration with MD

  • Ensure effective and motivating internal communication

  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, coordinate payroll process and ensure confidentiality

  • Assess people development and training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management



  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases and metrics

  • Ability to architect strategy & relevant actions / processes, along with leadership skills

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
