Contract Management Manager



To secure the correct implementation of the contractual agreements signed with customers and to maximize the value of each contract for Famar.


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and secure value from existing contracts.
  • Secure that all possible charges per contract are systematically and promptly made. Support the repricing process, according to valid Policy and internal guidelines
  • Identify business not contractually covered and to initiate the process for a contract establishment
  • Cascade to the internal stakeholders the agreed terms in their respective field of work, to secure on-time and accurate implementation of the agreement
  • Perform the life cycle management of contracts, in cooperation with Legal dpt.
  • Proactively initiate the process for a contract renewal, in cooperation with Legal dpt.
  • Support maintaining the archiving system for the company contracts with customers
  • Proactively and continuously screen existing contracts to identify opportunities for improvements, either in the specific contract or to the Famar standard terms and contract templates
  • Support ad hoc requests by BD, Customer Service or other internal stakeholders related to the content of the contracts, clarifications of agreed terms, verification of opportunities, in cooperation with Legal dpt.
  • Coordinate and secure proper implementation of Contract Management Policy for BD


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Law
  • Experience in similar position of at least 3 -5 years. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
  • Work experience in commercial or supply chain role will be considered favorably.
  • PC literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Additional IT skills and familiarity to CRM systems will be considered an asset
