Our Client is a global pharmaceutical company with a vast variety of pharmaceutical products. We are looking for an OTC Key Account Manager for the region of Crete (based in Irakleio) to strengthen further the presence of the company in the local market

The Role

The OTC Key Account Manager role is responsible for guaranteeing the promotion of the company portfolio, in the assigned area.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

This permanent position is responsible for the achievement of sales targets and the implementation of sales strategies in order to attain sales volumes, customer growth and customer satisfaction for the assigned medical products within own geographical area.


Requirements for the role include:


  • Experience of Pharmacy channel is essential.
  • Track record in management of pharmacy key customers.
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy regulations and the effect on OTC sales.
  • Leadership and customer relationship skills
  • Influence at all levels based on analysis and the ability to develop compelling arguments.
  • Build the business and drive growth for responsibility portfolio in a specified region
  • Develop business relationships with relevant stakeholders (Pharmacy staff)
  • Drive in-store presence, consistent with company sales cycle objectives/priorities.
  • Able and willing to be and act as an effective team member.
  • Educate, train and motivate Pharmacy staff on product attributes for priority brands.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Good commercial skills in terms of field costs and customer account costs.
  • Computer systems literate (CRM, MSOffice, specifically PPT, Excel & Word)
