The Role

 

An experienced analyst (2-5 years)with a deep understanding of employee compensation and benefits. Highly organized, and can multitask and prioritize varied complex projects. Willing to take initiative, passionate about people and able to prioritize varied complex projects.


You have strong Excel skills (from advanced data analysis to manipulation), interpersonal skills and are an outside-the-box thinker who stays on top of industry best practices. The ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action is critical. You’re adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design, consulting, analytical and operational work. Being in a fast-paced, international company is exciting to you.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Participates in the design and development of compensation programs and projects.
  • Provides complex data analyses, graphics, and statistical reports in support of plan design to solve current business issues.
  • Engages with leadership to develop new compensation or Total Reward guidelines or propose updates to current guidelines.
  • Ensures compensation guidelines facilitate competitive, equitable, and cost-effective compensation programs.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of current programs/plans and makes recommendations to Total Reward leadership regarding improvements or changes to gain better alignment with industry best practices and with company incentive objectives.
  • Provides operational support and advice in specific compensation areas
  • Contributes in the manage of company-wide C&B plans (inclusive of health insurance, pension and development of internal ranges).
  • Research and analyze internal/external data relating to C&B elements (including market trends and benchmarks) and match them to our company culture.
  • Support and advise on comp-related activities such as strategic new hire offers, salary changes, international transfers, budget allocation and top talent retention.
  • Maintain the compensation process (including gathering data, analytics, etc), serving as an active advisor/support for HR and managers while syncing closely with the global C&B team.
  • Work with the compensation team to roll out and support all comp programs, global projects and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, benefits vendors, and a variety of managers.
  • Manage projects, training and activities related to employee benefits.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement of benefit plans, including benefit renewal negotiations, work experience offerings, etc.
  • Perform daily maintenance of C&B reports, elements and periodic audits.

 

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of compensation or analytical experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
  • Experience with a market pricing tool is preferred, Market Pay experience is preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS systems strongly
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required Advanced experience preferred
  • Administer compensation programs
  • Evaluate and analyze salary data and jobs for market and internal competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and salary surveys
  • Must be willing to develop and share HR expertise in the redesign and development of effective HR processes.
  • Create and prepare reports and presentations
  • Participate in compensation surveys
