Our client is seeking self-driven, hands-on and with proven track record CRM Technical Consultant, to join the internal team and lead the design & deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Automation platform. Our client is one of the major multinational retail chains operating in Greece for the last decades.

The role

As a CRM Technical Consultant, will lead and contribute to different stages of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM deployment by acting as a senior business analyst & Project Manager of the project.Analyze and clarify requirements with input from business stakeholders, project managers, IT, marketing and vendors


Key Responsibilities

  • Visualize, Design and Deliver an Omnichannel Marketing Automation Solution
  • Liaise between business, IT and 3rd party vendors in order to orchestrate parallel delivery threads
  • Drive change and propose out of the box solutions
  • Report to Top management on the Project’s Timeline, Risks and Quality assurance metrics

Preferred Competencies:

  • Business Analysis and Requirement Collection
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Platform with a focus on Marketing & Customer Insights
  • Customer Segmentation
  • Marketing Planning and Execution
  • Project Management experience


Considered Plus

  • Knowledge of BI/Analytics principles
  • Customer Experience and Loyalty Programs
  • Experience with projects in the retail industry


  • BSc degree in Computer Science or proven equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise-level IT Project implementation
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Related Projects
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deliver on Agile and Waterfall model
