For our Headquarters in Spata, we are looking for:

Housemarket Customer Service Business Analyst


The Position     

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager of the company you are responsible and accountable for all three countries we operate in (Greece, Bulgaria & Cyprus) to:  

  • Timely maintain all Customer Relations Division’s respective reporting
  • Produce ad hoc reports when requested
  • Analyse data and share input to shareholders
  • Respect deadlines
  • Support Housemarket Customer Relations Manager to closely monitor division’s operating budget
  • Be confident to work with a cross-organisational team
  • Be “hands on”

Need to have

  • 2-3 years working experience in an organized Finance or Reporting department ( preferable in the retail sector) 
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and “can-do” attitude  
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, experience working with data & KPIs and can easily produce reports (regular or ad hoc)
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines           
  • University Degree (a Post Graduate degree will be considered as an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
  • Excellent use of MS Office and especially Excel

Nice to have

  • Additional Foreign Languages
