E-commerce Key Account Manager



The E-commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for management, strategic and business development, daily operations, sales, communication and financial management. 


  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service level agreements and collaborate with service functions to ensure actions are taken to deliver expected service.
  • Actively investigate new business prospects (services and clients) in E-Commerce market.
  • Work closely with the broader team to deliver great service and to grow the accounts.
  • Be the main point of contact and advisor for E-Commerce matters to the client.
  • Provide advice, generate strategy documents, assess competitive developments, and conduct other E-Commerce related work as needed by the client.
  • Develop and help clients to develop and implement their E-Commerce strategies


  • Bachelor’’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and/or MBA.
  • At least 5 years of proven commercial experience leading high performing key accounts with positive results in revenue generation and growth.
  • 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce sales.
  • Comprehensive “hands-on” knowledge of retail market dynamics and E-Commerce retail experience is a must
  • Able to prioritize, adaptable to change, and thrives under pressure
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop logical actionsAnalytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
