The Role

We are looking for a team player, who has a strong background in digitally-driven integrated marketing communications. Highly equipped with strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment and provide a collaborative partnership with internal teams, clients and third parties. An exceptional project delivery professional that is highly motivated, self-sufficient and a problem-solver with great organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills that are able to maximize resources and juggle multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines across several teams.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Drive agency business development opportunities and/or new business pitches
  • Overall client satisfaction, profitability and agency support to boost overall growth by owning and fostering client relationships
  • Lead strategy and planning for client projects (digital, social, and web), from kickoff to completion
  • Identify opportunities and new interests that the client may not recognize to help drive revenue and benefit business needs as their digital advisor.
  • Manage client relationships, lead delivery and scope.
  • Provide team leadership, and establish a foundation of teamwork amongst assigned account, managing and mentoring jr level staff members
  • Manage financials including client profitability, forecasting and growth.



Qualifications

 

  • At least 5-6 years agency account management experience with a focus on digital marketing and communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business development environment
  • Industry experience in entertainment or hospitality
  • Superior presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent people management skills, both internal and across a diverse client base.
  • The ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance both the agency and client’s business.
