We are seeking a Social Media Manager to work across highest-profile luxury travel and lifestyle accounts. This person should have an in-depth understanding of the impact of social media for brands, as well as a successful track record translating that into real-world strategies and creative tactics.



The Social Media Manager is a natural networker with proven experience managing high-level client relationships; a true leader and excellent communicator with a dynamic presence and innate passion for social media and emerging technologies. We’’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and flexible mindset who is eager to collaborate at all levels from elevated strategy to detailed execution.




  • Client Management: Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintain relationships at senior level within the key accounts.Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals.Maintain active dialogue with clients through weekly/biweekly meetings and quarterly business reviews.Develop understanding of key stakeholders in the client organization, including the procurement organization, have an idea of budget cycles and limits
  • Business development: Candidate must be comfortable upselling services at all times. Cross-functionality in the agency as a lean digital team hinges on relationships with staff, educating them on how to speak to our services and being flexible to jump on an opportunity to speak with a client at any moment. Candidate should have a proven track record of closing new business opportunities and must be a strong presenter that can think on their feet.
  • Thought leadership:motivate the staff and clients to stay on top of emerging digital, social and content trends and cultivating creative thinking and powerful ideas aligned with client goals. Create compelling assets (webinars, newsletters, etc.) on educational topics for the agency and new business opportunities.
  • Client service: Oversee client strategy and manage the internal social media team handling day-to-day execution of paid and organic social media marketing. Create and execute strategic, effective campaigns and digital programs to grow our clients’’ presence and awareness.
  • Reporting/Accountability: Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and impact of social media and digital efforts, adjusting strategy as needed, and concisely deliver results to clients and teams
  • Agency Channels: Oversee the agency’’s strategy and growth on our own social media channels and blog, providing insight and direction for our digital presence and its continued development
  • Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and platforms that add value for the agency and clients and cultivate partnerships with relevant companies
  • Employee Development: Manage the recruitment, retention and professional development of the social media team
