We are seeking to recruit:

Inside Sales Representative (code: ISR 07/2019)

Head Office - Markopoulo Attiki

Purpose of Role:

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the profitable growth of the ad-hoc, small and medium-sized customers managed within the relevant geographically-based sales portfolio. This growth will be achieved through the correct execution of the agreed TNT sales processes, leading to successful customer acquisition and development in line with the Global and BU sales strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activities:  To work on a specific geographic territory to win and develop ad-hoc, small and medium-sized customers through effective telephone contact. 
  • Sales Administration: To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to develop revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process Management & Implementation:  To execute relevant TSM processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer experiences.
  • Customer Relationship Management:  To ensure that our company wins, keeps, develops and recovers ad-hoc, small and medium-sized customers by building lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Cross Functional Relationships: To develop positive relationships with BU/OU level management in functions that support success in the TSM channel to ensure that TNT’s customer value proposition continues to meet the requirements of the ad-hoc, small and medium-sized customers.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

  • PC skills
  • Telephone skills
  • Numerical skills / basic English skills

Preferred Experience and Knowledge                                   

  • At least 1 year  telephone sales experience and proven sales results
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proven ability in the implementation and follow-up of marketing efforts
