For our store in Larissa, we are looking for:


Reporting to the Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • Achieving the sales & profitability budget set by the Sales Manager for the CAOTH (Core Area Of The Home) of your responsibility
  • Steering towards maximizing all commercial KPIs of the CAOTH (Core Area Of The Home) of your responsibility
  • Ensuring the best possible customer service following Active Selling and Meet & Greet guidelines and have customers in focus as your first priority
  • Controlling, steering and following up all operating costs and P&L elements related to your areas of responsibility
  • Knowing your local market potential and ensure your store is locally relevant
  • Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives and implementing the actions agreed to improve 4 axis index.
  • Implementing the actions agreed in order to improve the ICSS, Brand capital.
  • Securing that each area you are responsible for, is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers during all opening hours

Qualifications and Competences Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
  • Good people management skills and team oriented personality
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
  • Commercial Thinking
  • Customer Focus
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and numerical abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office suite

Qualifications considered as an asset:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision
  • Post Graduate degree in Management
