HR System Analyst

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced HR System Analyst to join our HR team in our Athens Office.

 

Role Summary:

The role requires seasoned systems knowledge as well as generalist knowledge of Human Resources activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of human resource systems projects in meeting all professional standards for human resource systems development and implementation.

 

What you will need to do:

  • Gather requirements from user groups in Human Resources to define business needs and produce specifications for new or existing systems
  • Work with IT department to develop plans for proposed systems
  • Evaluate procedures/processes, proactively identify areas for improvement and collaborate with team members to propose new and innovative solutions
  • Validate results by testing, provide written documentation and monitor the implementation of new systems
  • Advise Human Resources personnel on design and utilization of information systems and train users on new functionality
  • Develop system expertise to drive utilization, optimization of functionality, and create operational efficiencies
  • Serve as a customer support contact for employees, as needed, to troubleshoot system-related questions and train them on system capability
  • Develop and oversee processes to ensure data integrity, including evaluation of current data entry and management, routine data audits, and training
  • Supervise the input of data and ensure data validity, while preventing data duplication
  • Perform analysis and regular reporting on key business metrics for senior management and group leaders
  • Develop and monitor implementation of trade skills tests for new employees’ assessment
  • Act as support to HR Operations providing all necessary reports for progress monitoring
  • Support manpower planning and tendering, handling the company’s Internal CV Management Tool and requirements
  • Update Performance Management system with new employees and reporting lines

 

What you will need to have:

  • BSc in computer science, business administration, human resources or related field
  • At least five (5+) years of relevant work experience
  • Working experience in Human Resources and/or HRIS systems
  • Experience with reporting tools, or other CRM systems
  • Proven experience in analyzing data
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
